Cultivate Collection Weekly - #279
![]()

Last week was supposed to be a wrap. This week's episode a bonus episode for the What is Your Word series. We felt the story behind it to be very relevant for this season, and the person behind the word is also very special to us. So, thank you Julie for sharing not only your word, but the beautiful process of how it came to be!
In this episode, we focus on making space for God to be our provision. Enjoy!
This Week's Podcast
This week's meditation is inspired by a listenerās journey with two powerful words: āSpaceā and āProvision.ā Perhaps you're all too familiar with the weight of too much to do and too little time to do it in. If thatās you, this episode is an invitation to stop striving and start trusting.
We're reflecting on God's truths, reminding us that we donāt have to fill every gap or carry every burden. God provides, not always as we imagine, but always as we need.
Whether youāre craving more time, energy, or purpose, all of it can be found in God. All we need to do is make space for him. Will you be so brave as to trust in the One who created every star in every galaxy? Is He not capable of taking care of your needs as well?
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
But when they measured it out, everyone had just enough. Those who gathered a lot had nothing left over, and those who gathered only a little had enough. Each family had just what it needed.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
The Lord is my shepherd;
I have all that I need.
Reflection
What "big rocks" in your life could you prioritize to make space for God first, as inspired by Matthew 6:33? How might this shift your daily focus or actions?
Reflecting on Exodus 16:18, where in your life, time, energy, finances, or relationships do you feel tempted to scramble or hoard? How might trusting Godās daily provision change your approach?
Psalm 23:1 paints a picture of a Shepherd who provides and gives rest. What fears or tensions could you release to Him today to experience His care more fully?

A Daily Declaration
God, you are my provider of time, energy, peace, and purpose.
Blessings!
We pray you discover that place of peace which only comes from knowing God as provider. May you carve out space, even when it doesn't seem apropriate, to sit with God, allowing him to lavish his love upon you.
