Whether you’re facing something big or just feeling worn down, this meditation invites you to lift your eyes and rest in the truth: Help is here, and His name is God.
I look up to the mountains—
does my help come from there?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth!
fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.
God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.

What do you need help with today? 
Name it. Speak it out loud or whisper it in your heart.
Where do you feel weak or overwhelmed? 
God doesn’t shame you for needing help. He promises it.

God, you are one I turn to for help.

From things big and small, to significent and seemingingly insignificent, He is your Heavenly Father who loves to help you. Blessing you to put all your faith and trust in God. He is where our help comes from.
