New Podcast Episode 11 Is Live
If your words shape your world, where are they coming from?
What if the words you speak are shaping more than just your day? What if they’re shaping your entire life?
In this week’s episode of the Cultivate Connection Podcast, we dive into the connection between the words we speak, the thoughts we dwell on, and the condition of our hearts. It all stems from this powerful idea:
“If you can change your words, you can change your lifestyle. But to change your lifestyle, you have to change your heart.”
Whether you’ve been feeling stuck in patterns of negativity or simply want to live with greater intention, this episode will inspire you to pause, reflect, and speak life.
This Week's Meditation
Welcome to Week eighteen of our meditation series on the promises of God.
Fear is real, but so is God’s promise to be with you in the middle of it. This week’s meditation centers on the promise of courage. This isn't the kind of courage we muster up on our own, it's the kind that comes from knowing God goes before us. Whatever you’re facing today, do so knowing that it has to face God first.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
The Lord is my light and my salvation—
so why should I be afraid?
The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger,
so why should I tremble?
Reflection
What fear or challenge are you currently walking through? How is God inviting you to trust Him more deeply in this area?
What might change if you believed that courage is a promise, not a performance?

A Daily Declaration
I am bold and courageous, because God is with me.
Blessings!
There is a quote about courage that goes like this: “Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.” We bless you this week to have a full and accurate view of what courage is and what it means for you. Know that God did not give you a spirit of fear, instead, he gave you his promise of courage. May you look fear in the eye, and know God is standing at your side, looking at it as well, and in the presence of God, it must go.
